Optimizing replenishment base on order structure in Combined Automatic Warehouse System

چکیده
This paper studied a new combined automatic warehouse system, which can not only realize storage and sorting process, but also process the replenishment request according to inventory demand. In this there are two areas, one for pallets other totes. Pallet area picking, tote handle cases picking. addition, system automatically initiates from pallet area, when is lower than safety stock. uses characteristics of order matrix study influence structure on with four evaluation parameters, e.g., workload number used position in time. The numerical analysis part sets different parameter values, including density, strength, wave size so on, impact multiple performance, help operation manager decide strategy parameters.
